Call for Papers

We invite you to submit an abstract for a presentation at Model City 2011. All applications that are carried out with Emme or Dynameq are suitable. Some particular suggested topics are:

  • Multi modal models: development, calibration and application
  • Transit modelling application / applications of new transit assignment features
  • Emme Modeller tools, applications, models and logbooks
  • Novel demand modeling approaches
  • Integration with land use models
  • Toll modeling (network pricing, HOT lanes, …)
  • Evaluation of environmental impacts
  • Non-traditional uses of Emme
  • Emme interface to other software/data
  • Applications that combine the use of Emme and GIS tools
  • DTA applications with Dynameq

Submit your abstract to register@inrosoftware.com. State the purpose, results, and conclusions of the work within 500 words. Also, make sure to include the following information:

  • Name of the author(s)
  • Organization
  • Address
  • Phone and/or fax
  • E-mail address
  • Short biographical note

The deadline for abstract submission is July 28, 2011. Communication with the author(s) will take place by August 11. In addition to a presentation, authors may optionally submit a paper at the conference. With the permission of the author(s), accepted presentations and papers will be posted in electronic format on the INRO website after the conference.
